About this light

This IP54 outdoor half lantern sits flat against the wall thanks to its flat back and projects just 12 cm. At 37.5 cm high, it reworks the design of the Turin lantern in a flattened version: a pitched roof topped with a cap, glass panes on three sides and a pointed base. Install it where water really hits: a façade facing the prevailing winds, near a garden tap or a terrace that is hosed down.

Description

The Turin design in a flat version

The die-cast aluminium body has a black polyester powder-coated finish. The sloping roof ends in a flat cap; beneath the glazed section, an inverted pyramid base finishes in a small knob. The front and the two side panels are enclosed with clear polycarbonate.

IP54 and E27 bulb of 60 W maximum

IP54 rating: the lantern is protected against dust and withstands water jets. The E27 lampholder accepts 60 W at most: an LED bulb, which gives off little heat in this small space, is the logical choice. The bulb must be purchased separately. Class II appliance.

Fixing and height

At 23 cm wide and weighing 1.75 kg, it is easy to fix to a brick or stone wall or to cladding, using suitable screws. Its slim projection suits a narrow passage or a service door. Allow approximately 1.70 m from the ground to the bottom of the lantern near a door.
