Solid brass with a polished chrome finish

Beneath the polished chrome lies a solid brass structure, which accounts for the weight of the whole fitting. The lantern measures 30 cm overall: an upper band pierced with vertical bars, glazed panels all around, a clear glass pane at the bottom, and small turned feet at the corners. The chrome reflects the light and the surrounding colours.

Two E27 bulbs, dimmer compatible

The ceiling light takes two E27 bulbs of 60 W maximum each; none is supplied. It is dimmer compatible: choose dimmable E27 LED bulbs in clear glass so the filaments can be seen through the panes. Rated IP44, it withstands rain and splashes under a porch, a covered yard or a covered terrace.

A shallow depth of just 16.5 cm

Mounted flat against the ceiling, the Holborn projects just 16.5 cm, which preserves headroom under a low porch. Allow for 5.8 kg of weight to support: a plasterboard ceiling requires suitable fixings or reinforcement. Class I requires it to be connected to earth.
