About this light

Made from black cast aluminium, this round floodlight is mounted on a bracket and a long metal spike to be pushed into the ground. Its front plate, held by four screws, protects a 3 W GU10 LED lamp with a narrow beam. At 34 cm high, it is used to light up a tree, a façade or the edge of a path.

Description

Round cast aluminium floodlight

The cylindrical body is moulded from aluminium and painted black. Its circular front, fixed with four visible screws, holds the protective glass. A U-shaped bracket connects it to the spike, shown in raw metal in the photo: simply push it into the soil to install the spotlight.

Directed beam, GU10 LED lamp

The head can be tilted on its bracket, allowing you to aim precisely at a trunk, a statue or a section of wall. According to the retailer's data sheet, the floodlight is supplied with its GU10 LED lamp, here 3 W, which produces a narrow beam. The IP44 rating protects it against rain and splashes, planted directly in the ground among the flower beds.

Dimensions and positioning

It measures 34 cm high and 10 cm long. Plant it some distance from the subject, with the head angled upwards for a tree or almost flat to graze a wall. Provide a power supply via a buried cable in a duct, with a waterproof junction box.
