Doris Large Garden Light Sphere, Grey Granite Effect, 78 cm

A 78 cm sphere with a stone finish

The 78 cm Doris keeps the speckled diffuser of the other sizes, in a much more imposing volume. By day it looks like a big grey pebble; at night the whole globe lights up. It works on its own, or as a group with the smaller sizes for a graduated effect.

Which bulb to choose

An E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum. For a sphere of this size, choose a high-output E27 LED with a frosted glass finish, in warm white, to light the globe evenly. The light is Class II and IP65 protected: rain, dust and water jets will not stop it from staying outdoors.

Ground space and connection

At 78 cm in diameter, it takes up the space of a garden armchair: set aside a clear corner of the terrace or lawn for it. The ground spike supplied secures it in soft soil. The plug connects to an outdoor socket; run the cable along a border.
