Description

The largest hanging globe in the Sole series

A 50 cm white globe hangs from the end of a slim black cable. The plastic shell, with a matt finish, lights up across its entire surface and keeps the shape of a smooth sphere when switched off. The whole fitting weighs 2.97 kg, a reasonable weight for a light of this diameter.

Diffused light under shelter

The E27 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 42 W, not supplied; a warm white LED limits heat build-up inside the closed sphere. The IP44 rating protects the pendant light from rain and splashes: it can be installed under an awning, under a covered pergola or in an open porch. Class II, no earth wire to connect.

Installation height

The total height can be adjusted between 74 and 143.5 cm. Above a garden table, keep the bottom of the globe about 65 to 75 cm from the tabletop. This large diameter suits a large dining table; fix the pendant light to a solid support, such as a rafter or a concrete slab.
