Description

Flat shade and globe on a chain

A round stainless steel ceiling rose holds a chain with oval links; at the end, a ring holds the flared conical shade, 27.5 cm wide, and the clear glass globe surrounding the bulb. The AISI 304 stainless steel keeps a silver finish, the colour of raw metal. The body of the lamp is 26 cm high.

Downward lighting, IP44

The shade acts as a reflector and directs the light towards the ground, over a terrace table or a doorstep. E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum; on a dimmer, the intensity drops if the bulb is dimmable. Protected to IP44 against rain and splashes, it can be installed under cover as well as in an open passageway. It is Class I: an earth connection is mandatory.

Height adjustment

The overall length can be adjusted from 36 cm to 97.5 cm. Above an outdoor table, keep the bottom of the shade 65 to 75 cm from the tabletop; in a passageway, leave at least 2 m below the lamp. Its weight of 1.35 kg requires a screwed fixing into a load-bearing support.
