Curved lantern in walnut steel and gold glass
The body measures 71.5 cm high by 33 cm wide. A scalloped dome topped with a ring holds the chain; below, domed glass panels tinted with a golden lustre surround four candles, then the frame narrows into a sculpted base ending in a point. The steel has a walnut finish, a dark brown with gilded edges.
Four E14 candles under a porch
You will need four E14 bulbs of 60 W maximum, to be purchased separately. The pendant light can be connected to a dimmer, handy for leaving a soft light at the entrance in the evening. IP44 rating: it withstands damp and wind-driven rain; position it under a roof overhang or a canopy. Class I, earth connection required.
Adjustable chain or ceiling mounting
The chain lets you adjust the overall height from 78.5 to 230.9 cm. The lantern can also be fitted directly against the ceiling, without the chain, when the height under the canopy is limited. It weighs 3.02 kg: plan a fixing into a load-bearing support, joist or concrete. Above a door, keep the bottom of the lantern more than 2 m from the ground so as not to obstruct the way through.
