The nautical design in black

The light hangs from a small ceiling rose on a black chain, with its cable running alongside. The 304 stainless steel shade widens into a flat rim, then two horizontal bands surround the transparent globe. In the black finish, the silhouette stands out sharply against a white ceiling or light panelling.

The lighting

You will need an E27 bulb of 60 W maximum: no bulb is supplied with the light. As the glass is clear, the bulb is visible; a globe or filament LED in 2700 K gives a soft light on a terrace. The IP44 rating protects against splashes and damp air, which suits a covered outdoor space.

Height adjustment

From 37.5 cm at the shortest to 97 cm with the chain fully extended, the height can be adjusted to suit your setup. The globe measures 22 cm in diameter and the light weighs 1.23 kg. Above a terrace table, leave about 65 to 75 cm between the tabletop and the bottom of the globe.
