Rocket mini recessed floor spotlight in aluminium with steel finish, IP68, 5.5 cm

A slim trim around a lens

The spotlight is simply an aluminium disc with a steel finish, slightly chamfered at the edge, with a round lens at its centre. Nothing protrudes: the top sits flush with the surface. The retailer lists it among the models that can be walked on.

2 W LED and IP68 rating

Power is 2 W; according to the retailer, the light source is an integrated LED. It is a marker light, designed to be seen rather than to illuminate a surface. The IP68 rating corresponds to prolonged immersion: it withstands a flooded lawn, a doorstep where water runs off or the edge of a pond. However, the retailer advises against installing it directly on a flammable surface.

Installation

The body is only 10.5 cm high, which makes it easy to recess into a thin paving slab or a thick decking board. For clear path marking, line up several lights at regular intervals along the edge; have your electrician check the power supply required before drilling.
