About this light

A black wire pendant light with a globe: two wide, radiating steel wire rims, layered like hat brims, surround a white opal glass sphere. Description

Black steel wire and white glass

The black steel frame forms two rings of fine wires arranged like spokes, one larger than the other. In the centre, a white opal glass globe, 15 cm in diameter, hangs below the rings. A black rod and a black cable connect the whole fitting to the ceiling. The black and white contrast gives the silhouette a crisp outline.

Diffusing globe and dimmable light

The opal glass hides the bulb and spreads a soft light downwards and sideways. E27 cap, 40 W maximum, bulb not included. The supplier states that the light is dimmable with a suitable source: choose a dimmable LED. IP20, for dry indoor areas.

50 cm wide, 90 cm including cable

The rings reach 50 cm in width and the light fitting is 20 cm high; including the cable, the total height is 90 cm, which suits standard ceilings. Over a round table of 80 cm to 1 m, centre it and keep 65 to 75 cm below the globe.
