Dorchester chrome chandelier with pyramid crystal drops, 5 lights, 64 cm

A cascade of cut crystal drops

The chrome-plated mild steel frame flares out from a narrow canopy, trimmed with beads, to a wide ring. From there hang strands of beads ending in clear pyramid-shaped drops, longer in the centre than at the edge. Four bulbs are spread around the rings and the fifth sits in the centre: the light passes through the crystal evenly.

Five 60 W E14 bulbs, dimmable

Each E14 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 60 W, not included. Clear filament LED bulbs show off the facets of the crystal. The chandelier is compatible with a dimmer, handy for switching from dining light to a softer glow. IP20 rating: dry rooms only.

Chain-hung pendant, 14 kg to be anchored

Including the chain, the total height reaches 210 cm. Above a table, position the bottom of the drops 65 to 75 cm above the tabletop; given its 64 cm diameter, allow for a table roughly 100 to 130 cm wide. Its 14 kg weight requires a hook anchored in a concrete slab or a joist, to be checked by an electrician.
