Jazz white recessed spotlight for GU10 bulb, Ø 7.3 cm

A white trim around the reflector

Jazz is simply a thin, flat white ring that sits flush with the ceiling. In the centre, the GU10 bulb and its reflector remain exposed: the light shines straight down in a beam. On a ceiling painted white, the spotlight almost disappears and only the point of light stands out.

GU10 lampholder, dimming possible

The GU10 lampholder accepts a bulb of up to 50 W, which is not supplied with the spotlight. Variable intensity is possible: pair a dimmable GU10 bulb with a suitable dimmer to lower the light in the evening. A GU10 LED uses a fraction of that 50 W for a comparable result. With its IP20 rating, the spotlight can be installed in dry rooms, or in a bathroom away from the shower and bath. The spotlight is Class II, with no earth connection required.

Recessed installation in a false ceiling

The spotlight measures 7.3 cm in diameter and 9 cm in overall height, and weighs 0.11 kg: it fits into a plasterboard ceiling. Check the space available above the board before drilling. In a hallway, line the spotlights up along the centre, leaving a good metre between each one.
