Square plaster opening

The photo shows a square gypsum block, chamfered towards a central opening that holds the bulb. Two perforated metal fins hold the plaster in place. Once painted, the spotlight becomes a simple square cut-out in the ceiling, a more architectural look than with a round spotlight.

Bulb to be provided

Allow for one GU10 bulb of 35 W maximum, not included. Low-energy GU10 LEDs give off little heat, an advantage in a plaster body. IP20 rating: living room, kitchen, bedroom; in a bathroom, only above the dry zone. Class II.

Dimensions and alignment

10 cm per side, weighing 0.32 kg. A square spotlight stands out if it is crooked: mark out a grid with a chalk line and align all sides parallel to the walls.
