About this light

This gold crystal ceiling light lines up strands of small cut squares, some tinted gold, others clear, in a 25 cm column. The uneven lower edge lets a few squares hang lower than the rest. The fitting is 24-carat gold-plated. Ideal for a hallway, living room or bedroom; a G9 bulb is required.

Description

Chequerboard of gold and clear crystal

The crystals in this version are faceted square discs, linked in vertical strands. Some are tinted gold, the others stay clear, creating a chequerboard effect when the light is on. The polished, 24-carat gold-plated top disc echoes the same tone. The strands stop at different lengths, giving a fringed lower edge.

Light source and recommended rooms

A G9 lampholder rated at 25 W; the bulb is ordered separately. To preserve the warmth of the gold, choose a G9 LED capsule in 2700 K. IP20: bedroom, living room, hallway; in a bathroom, only well away from water splashes. Class I, earthing is required.

25 cm column, 12 cm in diameter

The light weighs 1.5 kg and is 12 cm in diameter. Its height suits a standard or high ceiling; under a very low ceiling, a shorter version from the Prisma range will be more discreet.
