Samba square plaster recessed spotlight with frosted glass diffuser GU10

Square diffusing surface

Instead of an opening, the photo shows a square, frosted white glass in the centre of a plaster frame. The perforated metal fins are used to bed the spotlight into the plaster finish. The gypsum can be painted.

Bulb and use

It works with a GU10 bulb of 35 W maximum, sold separately; a GU10 LED is enough and gives off little heat behind the glass. The light, softened by the diffuser, is best suited to marker lighting or ambient lighting. IP20: keep away from damp rooms.

Recessed installation

The body is 13 cm high and weighs 0.6 kg: allow for this clear height above the plasterboard. Class II. To be fitted when the plasterboard is installed, then plastered and painted.
