Fabrycio white cube spotlight IP44 in aluminium and steel, 7.6 cm, GU10

White aluminium and steel, square volume

The spotlight forms a small matt white cube with only the underside pierced: a silver ring frames the recessed bulb. On a ceiling painted white, the housing reads as a geometric relief rather than as a fitting, which suits rooms where you want accent lighting without contrast.

GU10 lampholder and IP44 rating

Allow for a GU10 bulb of 50 W maximum, not supplied. An LED with this cap runs cool and lasts a long time; choose 2700 K for a bedroom or an entrance, 4000 K for a utility room. Thanks to its IP44 rating, the spotlight is permitted in the bathroom, except in the shower zone, as well as outdoors under a shelter.

Surface mounting, no recess needed

Fixed on the surface, it projects 9.6 cm and measures 7.6 cm on each side. No cutting of the plasterboard is necessary. Above a bathroom mirror, centre it over the basin, about thirty centimetres from the wall, to light the face without too harsh a shadow.
