Josie 4-spot spotlight bar in satin nickel, 79 cm long

Four brushed cones on a long plate

Four metal spotlights, shaped like truncated cones, follow one another under the plate. The satin nickel finish, matt and lightly brushed, avoids the harsh reflections of chrome. Each head rests on a white bracket and shows off its loop of black cable. The plate, with rounded ends, has a dark top and a light underside.

Light spread over four points

Each head takes a GU10 bulb of 50 W maximum, not supplied with the bar. In an open-plan kitchen, the four beams mark out the worktop from end to end. Rated IP20, the spotlight bar is for indoor use only, in rooms where the air is dry.

79 cm to allow for on the ceiling

Allow 79 cm in length by 12 cm in width on the ceiling, and 15 cm in height below the plate. In a hallway, this length means you need only one light fitting where two shorter ones would otherwise be required. For an island, choose a bar slightly shorter than the unit so as to leave a margin at each end.
