Ribbed cylindrical spotlight and pull cord
The round backplate screws to the wall and carries a horizontal arm ending in the spotlight. This matt black cylinder is ringed with fine grooves towards the front, and the pull cord hangs below the backplate with its white tip. The colours listed pair matt black with a frosted part. The product sheet lists mild steel, stainless steel, acrylic and plastic as materials.
GU10 cap and IP44 rating
The wall light is supplied without a bulb: allow for a 10 W GU10, preferably LED. Variable intensity is mentioned in the technical sheet: in that case choose a dimmable bulb and an LED-compatible dimmer. With its IP44 rating, the wall light withstands splashes from the washbasin and can be fitted in the bathroom, outside the area directly above the shower or bath. It is Class II, with double insulation.
15 cm projection, fitted near the mirror
The spotlight measures 14 cm high and 10 cm wide; it projects 15 cm from the wall and weighs 0.3 kg. Fitted above or beside a mirror, at about 1.80 m from the floor, it is aimed at the basin area. Check that the pull cord remains within easy reach once the wall light is installed.
