A curved burnished metal head on a ball joint
The light is made entirely of metal, with a burnished finish with bronze highlights reminiscent of traditional taps and fittings. The circular backplate, edged with a slight rim and marked by two visible screws, carries a ball joint. The head, narrowed in the middle and flared towards the front, reveals the bulb's reflector.
A beam to aim, for dry rooms
The head tilts so you can aim precisely at the area you need to light. It is supplied with its GU10 bulb, which you can replace in due course: the lampholder accepts up to 28 W, but a GU10 LED uses far less energy for comparable lighting. The IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry rooms only: in a bathroom, place it above the mirror or against the ceiling, away from the shower and the bath.
Dimensions and positioning
16 cm high and 10 cm wide, it projects 13.5 cm from its support: check this clearance above a tall unit or a cupboard door. On a wall, allow about 1.80 m from the floor; two spotlights on either side of a mirror give more even lighting than a single one.
