About this light

This black wall spotlight with switch has a clean, crisp line: round backplate, short stem and a matt black metal cone whose gold interior is visible from the front. It lights a reading corner, a console table or a desk. Allow for one GU10 bulb of 7 W maximum, not included; the cable running down from the backplate measures 200 cm.

Description

Matt black with a golden glow

Black covers the backplate, the stem and the outside of the cone; the inside, gold in the photo, gives the beam a warmer glow. A white or light grey wall shows off this contrast nicely. The spotlight measures 17 cm high by 20 cm wide.

A GU10 and a switch within easy reach

The switch is on the backplate, just below the stem. The GU10 lampholder takes 7 W at most, bulb to be bought separately. A dimmable LED GU10 lets you enjoy the stated variable brightness; opt for a 2700 K shade for evening reading. Its IP20 rating makes it unsuitable for damp rooms.

Fixing and placement

Lightweight (0.45 kg) and double insulated (Class II), it fixes to a partition wall or a masonry wall with suitable wall plugs. Fitted as a pair on either side of a bed, it replaces bedside lamps and frees up the bedside tables.
