This bronze GU10 recessed spotlight dresses the ceiling cut-out with an 8.2 cm ring in a warm golden shade, close to brass. It suits interiors dominated by wood, beige tones or golden handles, in a hallway, dining room or bedroom. It takes a GU10 bulb, not included.

Description

A bronze-coloured ring

The rounded rim and the inner ring share a light bronze finish, slightly golden in the photo. The inner ring, set at an angle within the outer ring, reveals the bulb. On a white ceiling, this golden circle stands out more than a white model and highlights each point of light.

Light source and recommended tone

The GU10 lampholder accepts up to 28 W. No bulb is supplied with the spotlight. To stay within the golden tones of the finish, a 2700 K LED is a good choice (tip). The spotlight is Class II, so it needs no earth connection, and its IP20 rating rules it out for damp rooms.

Depth and layout

The body of the spotlight is 9 cm high: a ceiling void that is too shallow would not be suitable. The visible ring measures 8.2 cm. In a corridor, a single line of spotlights centred across the width is enough, with regular spacing from one end to the other. Allow 0.2 kg per spotlight.
