Laconi black GU10 spotlight on 6.5 cm round base, elongated tube

A round base and a black cylinder

Instead of a rectangular plate, this spotlight sits on a cylindrical base of 6.5 cm. The spotlight is attached to it by a short side link. The tube, longer than it is wide, ends in a black ring around the bulb. All parts are black.

GU10 lampholder, 35 W maximum

The bulb is not supplied: choose a GU10 of 35 W maximum. With an LED, heat build-up remains low in this small-volume housing; if it is dimmable, a dimmer can control the spotlight. The IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry rooms, such as a corridor, a bedroom or a dressing room.

Fitting in a row in a narrow corridor

The 6.5 cm base barely marks the ceiling, which makes it easier to fit several spotlights in a row. In a corridor, space them along the centre line, leaving about twice the width of the passage between them.
