About this light

Sand white GU10 ceiling spotlight: the Lumsi blends into a ceiling painted white, with only its cylinder standing out, attached beneath a round mounting disc. It is 9 cm long and 6 cm wide and takes one GU10 bulb. Choose it to light a hallway, a desk corner or a bookcase without making the ceiling feel heavy.

Description

Matt white and textured grain

The photo shows a white tube with crisp edges, joined to its circular base by a small elbow. The sand-textured coating gives the white a matt finish and a slight grain, more discreet than a glossy lacquer. The bulb is set back inside the cylinder, which partly hides it when you look at the spotlight from the side.

Light source and recommended rooms

Allow for one 35 W GU10 bulb, to be purchased separately. For a soft light in a bedroom or living room, a 2700 K LED is suitable; a 4000 K gives a more neutral light over a desk. The IP20 rating limits installation to rooms without moisture: hallway, living room, bedroom, corridor.

Where to place it

The 9 cm by 6 cm size suits low ceilings and small spaces. Line up two or three Lumsi along a corridor, or fix one above a niche to light its contents. If the room needs more light, the two-spot bar from the same range comes in the same sand white.
