Steel wire cage and wooden backplate
A natural wood backplate with rounded corners screws to the wall, and a short black steel arm extends from it. At the end, a cage of matt black steel wire surrounds the lampholder and bulb: vertical bars, horizontal rings, no glass. The black metal and the grain of the light wood complement each other, which suits a bedroom or living room in natural tones.
E14 bulb and directed light
The E14 cap takes a bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately. The spotlight can be angled to aim at a painting, a bookcase or a reading corner. It is stated as dimmer compatible: pair it with a dimmable bulb. A small filament candle bulb looks lovely through the cage. Class II (double insulation) and IP20: dry rooms only.
A 24 cm projection to plan for
The Vision measures 17 cm high on a 12.5 cm square base and projects 24 cm from the wall: keep this clearance free in a narrow hallway. The whole weighs 0.53 kg. As a bedside reading light, plan to fit it at about 1.10 to 1.20 m from the floor; in a living room, rather around 1.70 m.
