Westminster wall spotlight in satin brass and smoked glass, E14 cap

Black, satin brass and smoked glass

On a black disc fixed to the wall, a short arm in a satin brass finish carries the lampholder, which is also gold in colour. The smoked glass lampshade, a slightly flared bell shape, reveals the golden cylinder inside. The structure is made of mild steel; satin brass is a surface finish, matt rather than shiny.

E14 cap and bulb to be supplied

The spotlight takes an E14 bulb of 60 W maximum, sold separately. It works with a dimmer, provided the bulb is dimmable. The smoked glass filters part of the light output: a small clear filament bulb in 2700 K keeps a golden glow in the lampshade. Class I, so earthed; IP20, to be installed away from damp rooms.

Dimensions and positioning

The Westminster measures 13 cm high and 9 cm wide, projects 12 cm from the wall and weighs 0.2 kg. In a hallway, fix it at around 1.70 m to light a console table; above a worktop, two or three spotlights in a row spread the light better. The same series offers a two-light spotlight bar.
