About this light

The black Profilo brings together two cylindrical spotlights under a 45 cm metal bar: a graphic 2-light ceiling spotlight that stands out sharply against a white ceiling. It comes with its two 3000 K GU10 LED bulbs. It highlights an island, a hallway or a storage wall with directed rather than diffused light.

Description

Black metal, geometric shapes

Everything is black: the flat bar fixed to the ceiling and the two tubes that hang from it. The round-section spotlights are offset towards one side of the bar, leaving the other end free. On a light ceiling, this black draws a bold line; on a dark ceiling, the light fitting fades into the background.

Two GU10 LED bulbs supplied

The original bulbs are 3000 K GU10 LEDs, a slightly warm white light that suits a living room as well as a kitchen. The technical data sheet states 28 W per bulb. The spotlight is dimmable; pair it with a dimmer designed for LEDs. The GU10 cap makes it possible to change the beam angle or colour of the bulbs later. Class II insulation and IP20: dry indoor areas only.

Measurements and placement

At 45 cm long and 14.5 cm high below the ceiling, the Profilo stays compact; it weighs 0.94 kg. Above an island, position the bar lengthways; in a hallway, two or three units evenly spaced give continuous lighting. The white version is available for a more discreet look.
