Flemish table lamp in antique brass, mink pleated lampshade, 63 cm

A patinated balustrade base

The round base, moulded with several rings, carries a curved stem that narrows towards the top before a final ring beneath the lampholder. The metal has a burnished antique brass finish. The tapered lampshade, in mink pleated fabric, covers the lampholder generously and hides the bulb.

An accent lamp

Fit it with an E27 bulb, 60 W maximum, not included; it lights at a constant intensity. A warm white LED bulb is enough for reading in bed or lighting a corner of the living room. Class II, double insulated, with no earth wire; IP20 rating, so keep it away from damp rooms.

Size and weight

63 cm high, 40 cm wide and 1.89 kg: allow for a piece of furniture at least as wide as the lampshade. On a bedside table, the bottom of the lampshade should sit roughly at eye level when you are sitting up in bed.
