About this light

A white desk lamp with an articulated arm, the Kelly takes its cue from the classic architect's lamp: two metal segments held by exposed springs, a dome reflector and a round base. Its arm extends from 26 to 65.5 cm in height to bring light over a keyboard, a notebook or a workbench. It suits a child's desk just as well as a workshop corner.

Description

Spring arm and bell-shaped reflector

Everything is made of white lacquered metal, base included. The two articulated arms are balanced by visible chrome springs, as on workshop lamps. The bell-shaped reflector concentrates the light on a precise area instead of spreading it around the room.

A task lamp with E27 cap

The E27 lampholder accepts up to 42 W. Please note that the bulb is not included: a 4000 K LED helps concentration, while a 2700 K bulb is softer for a bedroom desk. IP20 rating: indoor dry use only. Class II, so no earth wire is needed.

Height and desk footprint

Folded, the lamp measures 26 cm; with the arms extended, it reaches 65.5 cm. The whole lamp is 15 cm wide by 30.5 cm deep and weighs 1.43 kg. Place it on the side opposite your writing hand to avoid casting a shadow on the page.
