About this light

Mushroom table lamp made entirely of white glass, the large Prato combines a rounded base with a conical lampshade in the same material. At 24 cm high and 22.5 cm in diameter, it stays low and stable, and gives off a soft light through its entire volume. It suits a bedside table, a sideboard or a child's bedroom.

Description

Two volumes of opal glass

The almost spherical base and the flared lampshade are made of blown glass, cased and acid-etched. The result is a satin white surface with no seams and no visible metal parts. Here, glass replaces the fabric lampshade usually found on bedside lamps.

A diffused glow

The base lights up at the same time as the lampshade, giving an enveloping light rather than a directed cone. The E27 lampholder accepts a bulb of up to 60 W, not included. A frosted E27 LED bulb prevents the shape of the bulb from being seen through the glass. IP20 rating, for dry rooms.

Large size

The lamp weighs 1.38 kg. Wider than the small Prato, it needs a bedside table of standard depth and can light a secondary reading corner.
