Description

An aged baluster

The turned base and stem are made from resin and metal, then hand-decorated with patinated gold leaves: the relief of the fluting and palmettes stands out in shades of bronze and old gold. The flared lampshade, in finely pleated white fabric, contrasts with this dark base.

An E14 light source

Beneath the pleats, an E14 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 40 W; the bulb is not supplied. A frosted LED candle bulb in 2700 K suits the traditional character of the lamp. The light passes through the fabric for a soft, subdued glow. IP20: dry rooms only.

Bedside size

The lampshade measures 24 cm in diameter and the lamp weighs 1.22 kg. It sits on a bedside table, a pedestal table or a desk, without overhanging the top.
