Aegean table lamp in antique brass with cream pleated lampshade

Oval steel cage, antique brass finish

The base is not solid: bent steel rods form an open oval cage, set on a round moulded foot. The antique brass finish, more muted than polished brass, gives a patinated look that suits dark wood and natural fabrics. Beneath the lampshade, a cut glass element catches the light of the bulb. The tapered pleated fabric lampshade in cream softens the whole.

Light softened by the fabric

An E27 lampholder takes a bulb of 60 W maximum, not supplied with the lamp. The pleated fabric filters the light and lets it escape towards the tabletop and the ceiling: accent lighting for reading in bed or lighting a corner of the living room. The lamp cannot be dimmed. Choose a 2700 K E27 LED to keep a golden glow under the cream lampshade. IP20 rating, dry rooms only.

Size and stability

It measures 58 cm high by 36 cm in diameter and weighs 3.6 kg, a weight that keeps it firmly in place. On a bedside table, allow a surface of at least 40 cm so that the lampshade does not overhang. Class I: plug it into an earthed socket.
