Amarilli table lamp in bronze and gold, with drops and brown lampshade

Patinated bronze and golden highlights

A moulded round base, a stem punctuated with rings and a crown of oak leaves form a steel candlestick. The dark bronze patina lets the gold show through on the edges, bringing out the pattern of the leaves. Clear glass drops hang beneath them, and a cut-glass drip tray surrounds the lampholder. The brown lampshade stays within the tones of the patina.

Lighting and connection

One E27 bulb of up to 60 W, not included, fits under the lampshade. The light intensity cannot be adjusted. A dark lampshade lets through less light than a pale one: the lamp mainly lights downwards and upwards, as accent lighting rather than main lighting. A 2700 K LED enhances the golden highlights. Class I with earth, IP20: dry indoor use only.

Where to place it

Its 43 cm diameter lampshade tops a base that brings the whole lamp to 72 cm, with a weight of 4.05 kg. On a side table, leave a few centimetres of margin on each side; on a console, position it away from the wall by about half the width of the lampshade. The range is made in the United Kingdom.
