About this light

White table lamp from the Balance range, with polished nickel details. Its drum lampshade hangs from a T-shaped arm, in front of the angled stem, to light a bedside table or desk without taking up the centre of the surface. Silver lining inside, 65 cm high, E27 bulb to be supplied separately.

Description

All white, with nickel details

The round steel base, the slightly tilted stem and the lampshade are white; the polished nickel gleams at the ends of the arm, on the suspension rod and at the foot of the stem. The inside of the drum is lined with metallic silver, with an acrylic diffuser that hides the bulb when seen from the side. On white or light wooden furniture, the lamp stays understated.

Bedside or desk light

E27 lampholder, maximum power 60 W, bulb not included; LED bulbs are accepted. The silver lining gives a clear light, without a golden tint. Fixed intensity: for a soft light at bedtime, choose a low-power 2700 K LED. IP20: dry rooms only.

Space required

Allow 46.4 cm in depth, arm included, and 33.5 cm in width; the height reaches 65 cm. At 3.69 kg, the base counterbalances the overhang. On a bedside table, position the lamp so that the lampshade is on the bed side and the light falls on your book. Class II lamp, insulated with no earth wire: a simple socket is enough.
