Franklin desk lamp in reed green, metal dome and chrome arc

Reed green and polished chrome, workshop-lamp style

The domed base and the metal lampshade share the same reed green enamel. Between them, a semicircular chrome arc holds the dome by its ribbed neck and frees up all the space beneath the light. The contrast of matt green and shiny metal recalls the desk lamps of the 1950s, with the inside of the lampshade left white.

Light directed onto the table

The dome concentrates the light on the work surface. The E27 lampholder accepts 60 W at most; the bulb is not included and the brightness is not dimmable. A warm-light LED, 2700 K, suits evening reading; a clear filament bulb still looks lovely, as it can be glimpsed under the lampshade. With its IP20 rating, the lamp is for dry rooms only.

Dimensions and space on the table

Height 46 cm, width 30 cm, projection 36 cm: it fits on a child's school desk as well as on a large table. Its weight of 4.1 kg makes it stable, even when the cable is pulled.
