Fredrikshamn black desk lamp with chrome arm and dome lampshade

Matt black and polished chrome

A round black base, a vertical black stem, then a chrome joint from which a long angled arm extends: the line is taut, almost graphic. The arm ends in a ball joint that carries the bell-shaped lampshade. The black metal dome is lacquered white inside, which reflects more light downwards.

A directed beam, E27 cap

The metal lampshade concentrates the light beneath the lamp: keyboard, book or sketchbook are well lit without glare. It requires an E27 bulb of 40 W maximum; a neutral white LED of around 3000 K suits work. The switch is on the base. IP20: dry indoor use only.

Stability and footprint

The 18 cm diameter base and the lamp's weight of 2.1 kg give it a firm footing despite the overhang of the arm, which brings the depth to 35 cm. Place it to the left of the keyboard if you are right-handed, to avoid the shadow of your hand. Transparent cable of 200 cm.
