About this light

A table lamp in grey ceramic, the Nicci is recognisable by its conical base carved with vertical pleats, like paper that has been crumpled and then fired. A white cylindrical fabric lampshade tops it off. At 40.5 cm high, it fits neatly on a bedside table, a living room shelf or a desk.

Description

Faceted grey ceramic

The base widens towards the top, then narrows beneath the lampholder, in a spindle shape. Its surface is pleated in a zigzag all over, which makes the light play across the grey ceramic. The lampshade, a fairly tall white fabric cylinder, contrasts through its simplicity with the relief of the base.

Diffused light with E14 cap

The E14 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 40 W, not supplied. A warm white 4 to 5 W LED is enough under this fabric, which casts a soft light around the lamp. The switch is on the cable. IP20: bedroom or living room.

Size and weight

40.5 cm high, 19 cm in diameter, 0.79 kg: the lamp stays light for a ceramic piece. The white cable measures 150 cm, a little shorter than average: check the distance to the socket.
