About this light

The white Melanie is a small ceramic table lamp: a ribbed ball, like a stylised pumpkin, topped with a white lampshade. At 26.5 cm high and 0.55 kg, it suits a narrow bedside table, a shelf or a child's bedroom, where it gives a soft night-light glow.

Description

A white ribbed sphere

The base is a glossy white ceramic ball, carved with regular vertical ribs. A chrome lampholder connects it to the white fabric lampshade, which is conical and slightly wider at the bottom. Everything is white, letting the relief of the ceramic act as the decoration.

A bedside light

The E14 lampholder takes a maximum of 40 W; the bulb is to be purchased separately. To read a few pages in bed, a 3 to 4 W warm white LED is enough under this small lampshade. Switch on cable. IP20: bedroom, living room, hallway.

Dimensions

26.5 cm high and 16 cm in diameter: one of the smallest lamps in the range, to place on a crowded piece of furniture without getting in the way. The white cable measures 150 cm.
