The stand is an openwork sphere made of interlaced steel hoops in a Firenze gold finish with coppery highlights. It rests on a solid base in dark walnut colour, whose deep tone anchors the silhouette. The beige linen lampshade, a slightly flared drum shape, is crowned with a small finial matching the metal.

Light filtered through linen

A single E27 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 60 W, not included. The brightness is not adjustable. The natural linen gives a subdued light, better suited to accent lighting than to prolonged reading; a 2700 K LED globe bulb suits it well. IP20: for use in the dry rooms of the home.

Compact size: 58 cm high, 39 cm wide

At 39 cm wide, lampshade included, it fits on an ordinary bedside table. At 2.87 kg, the lamp will not tip over at the slightest tug on the cable. On a bedside table, check that once you are sitting up in bed, the bottom of the lampshade is at eye level: the bulb then stays hidden.
