About this light

A grey desk lamp with a bell lampshade, Sonny borrows the architecture of workshop lamps: a vertical stem, a horizontal arm ending in a counterweight and a conical reflector with a white interior. Its sand-textured satin grey finish, matt and slightly grainy, is lifted by shiny metal parts at the joints.

Description

Sand-textured finish and shiny parts

The steel is treated in a sand-textured satin grey, a matt look with a fine grain. The joint knuckles, the knob and the tip of the arm are in shiny metal. The bell lampshade, sandy grey on the outside, is white on the inside to reflect the light. A round base with a stepped edge supports the stem.

A task light

E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum bulb not included. The reflector directs the light towards the work surface: a 4000 K LED suits a workstation, a 3000 K one a reading corner. IP20, for dry rooms.

Reach

The lamp is only 17.5 cm wide; its horizontal arm, however, needs room to extend. The arm carries the head out over the desk: leave space in front of the lamp rather than behind it.
