About this light

This chrome cage table lamp is the shiny version of Sigalo: an open rectangular frame in polished chrome metal surrounds a matching E27 lampholder. The chrome reflects the bulb's light along its uprights. At 28 cm high, it sits neatly on a shelf, a desk or a coffee table.

Description

Mirror chrome and straight lines

The frame is made of slim chrome bars assembled into a cuboid, with no panels or lampshade. Each upright reflects the bulb and its surroundings, giving more sparkle than the sand grey version. The central lampholder, also chrome, is fixed to the lower frame.

A bulb to show off

Choose a decorative E27 bulb, 60 W maximum, sold separately: a clear filament globe, as in the photo, creates reflections in the chrome. Stay at 2700 K or lower for a soft glow. IP20 rating: dry room.

Compact size for shelves

Base 14 cm per side, 28 cm high. On a bookcase, leave a little space above the lamp so the light can escape through the top of the frame.
