About this light

This black table lamp with a tinted glass globe, Bastiano carries at the end of a slanted bracket a glass diffuser with irregular, almost dented curves that distort the reflections. The matt black steel structure is accented by a gold-toned cup at the lampholder. At 38 cm high, it suits a bedside table, a shelf or a desk.

Description

A slender bracket and rippled glass

The base is a matt black disc from which a tilted rod rises; at its top, a short horizontal arm holds the lampholder in a gold-toned cup. The tinted glass diffuser, wider than it is tall, has hollows and bumps that catch the light differently depending on the viewing angle.

Light filtered by the glass

One E14 bulb, 40 W maximum, to be purchased separately. The tinted glass softens the light and lightly colours the atmosphere: a small clear 2700 K LED is enough. IP20, for use in dry rooms.

Compact size

38 cm high, 28 cm in diameter. The globe is offset from the base: turn the lamp so that the glass sits over the area to be lit.
