About this light

Table lamp with a black and cream striped lampshade, from the Dominique range. A cylinder with wide contrasting bands tops a wavy stem, also striped, decorated with a bouquet of gold leaf flowers. The star-shaped base and the flame-shaped finial complete this whimsical design. Compact, 66 cm high and 25 cm in diameter, it suits a bedside table or a shelf.

Description

Black and cream stripes, golden ornaments

The cylindrical lampshade alternates black bands with patinated cream bands. The steel stem, painted with the same stripes, traces a supple curve before meeting a gold leaf star-shaped base, resting on ball feet. Beneath the lampshade, a spray of golden flowers and leaves surrounds a small dark ball; a golden flame-shaped finial crowns the whole.

An E27 lampholder for 60 W

Lighting comes from a single E27 bulb of up to 60 W, not supplied with the lamp. The cylinder directs light upwards and downwards, which lights a bedside tray nicely. Not dimmable. A warm-coloured LED, around 2700 K, complements the cream tones of the lampshade. IP20: dry rooms only.

Light and space-saving

Weighing 1.89 kg with a diameter of 25 cm, it is easy to move and slips onto a bookcase shelf, the end of a chest of drawers or a small hall table. On a narrow bedside table, it leaves room for a book and a glass of water.
