About this light

A large 2-light pewter table lamp, the Presidential stands 94 cm tall and suits wide pieces of furniture: sideboard, living room console, desk. Its detailed column, decorated with raised foliage at the base, supports a wide ivory lampshade with curved sides. Two bulbs under the same lampshade give fuller light than a single-lampholder lamp.

Description

Foliage column and pewter finish

The soft, matt grey pewter finish covers the entire zinc structure. The column rises from a round moulded base; a decoration of raised leaves marks its foot, and a cup at the top holds the two lampholders. The ivory silk lampshade is wide and curved: its soft panels round out between the uprights and reveal their texture once lit.

Two E27 bulbs for generous light

Each E27 cap accepts up to 60 W; the two bulbs must be purchased separately. Two warm white LED bulbs are enough to light a corner of the living room as accent lighting. The brightness cannot be dimmed. IP20: for indoor use only, in a room that is not damp.

Size to consider

At 94 cm high and 45.7 cm wide, this is a large lamp. Allow for a piece of furniture deep enough so the lampshade does not overhang, and a ceiling high enough to let the light breathe above it. Its 5.01 kg weight gives it a stable base.
