About this light

The Syracuse in antique nickel is a 78.7 cm table lamp with a symmetrical column base and a curved off-white linen lampshade. The weathered grey of the metal stays discreet next to the pale fabric: it is the version to choose for a room in cool tones, grey, white or bluish, on a sideboard or a chest of drawers.

Description

Tapered column in antique nickel finish

Made of cast zinc, the conical stem widens towards the top and ends in a small cup beneath the lampholder; it rests on a round moulded base. The antique nickel gives a satin grey with a slight patina. The off-white linen lampshade has a drum shape with bowed panels, stretched between vertical struts that can be glimpsed when the lamp is lit.

Light diffused through linen

One E27 lampholder, for a bulb of up to 60 W, not included. The pale linen spreads a soft light to the sides, complementing the light directed towards the furniture and the ceiling. We recommend a 2700 K LED. The lighting stays at a constant intensity. IP20 rating: it is suitable for living areas, not for bathrooms or wet rooms.

Dimensions

78.7 cm high, 40.6 cm wide and 4.5 kg: a generously sized lamp that needs a deep piece of furniture. Class I, earthed plug.
