Double black and gold mesh table lamp with honeycomb dome

Two layers of mesh

The hemispherical lampshade is made of two mild steel grilles, one black and one gold, fitted together a few millimetres apart. Depending on the angle, the gold shows through the black to a greater or lesser degree. The stem is a thin rod set into a black disc.

Soft light

An E27 bulb of up to 60 W sits under the dome; it is not included. The light reflects off the gold surface and filters through the mesh, casting a pattern on the table. An amber filament bulb enhances the golden effect. Simple on/off switching, fixed brightness. IP20.

Dimensions

47 cm high, with a dome 26 cm in diameter: it fits on a standard bedside table. Placed in front of a wall, it casts a subtle grid pattern onto it.
