About this light

The Balance table lamp in dark brown follows a gantry design: a slim stem rises from a round base, then a horizontal bar suspends the silver-grey drum lampshade. This offset frees up the space beneath the lampshade, handy for resting a book or an alarm clock. At 65 cm high and 34 cm in diameter, it suits a bedside table or a desk.

Description

A bronze steel gantry

The circular base, flat and glossy, holds a vertical stem set off to one side. At the top, a horizontal crossbar carries the lampshade on a short rod, like the beam of a set of scales. The dark brown finish has bronze highlights. The cylindrical silver-grey fabric lampshade, with a slight moiré effect, hangs beneath the crossbar.

Light

E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum, bulb not included. The hanging lampshade lights the surface beneath it well: a good choice for reading in bed. Class I, IP20.

Dimensions

65 cm high, 34 cm in diameter, 3.69 kg. The range is also available as a wall light, floor lamp and ceiling light, in brown or white.
