About this light

The Gold Birds table lamp is a Chinese porcelain vase with a very pale blue ground, painted with birds, foliage and berries in golden and orange tones. It stands on a dark wooden base and is topped with a cream pleated poly-cotton lampshade. At 65 cm high, it suits a traditional living room, a bedroom or a dining room.

Description

Birds and berries on porcelain

The wide-shouldered vase is covered with a scattering of sprigs, small fruits and birds in flight, painted in gold, ochre and brown on a washed-out sky-blue glaze. A frieze runs around the neck. The round dark wooden base and the golden finial complete the piece. The cream lampshade is finely pleated, with knife pleats.

Light

One E27 lampholder for a bulb of up to 60 W, not included. The cream fabric gives a warm light that brings out the gilding. Class I, IP20.
