About this light

The Neptune table lamp in blue enamel has a deliberately asymmetric base: porcelain bands stacked in staggered layers, like strata. The glossy teal blue enamel highlights every ridge. A translucent silver fabric lampshade tops it off. Standing 59 cm tall, it adds character to a living room or study.

Description

Layers of porcelain

The base, ovoid overall, is made of horizontal ribbons that overlap without lining up. The deep, speckled blue becomes lighter at the edges. The conical silvery grey lampshade, in lightweight fabric, lightens the silhouette. The shape is also available in orange under the name Mars.

Light

E27 lampholder, 60 W maximum, bulb not included. The lamp can be used with a dimmer: in that case, choose a dimmable LED bulb. The silver fabric lets a soft, diffused light filter through. Class I, IP20.
