About this light

Description

A ball of discs

Dozens of plastic discs, angled in every direction, radiate from the centre. Their outer face is black and their reverse is painted gold: depending on the viewing angle, the sphere looks dark or golden. The stem and the circular base are black.

Three E14 bulbs

The lamp takes three small E14 bulbs of 60 W maximum each, sold separately. The light passes between the discs and is reflected off their reverse, creating a broken, decorative glow. A cable switch turns it on and off; no dimming. IP20, dry indoor use only.

Dimensions

65 cm high, 48 cm wide, 3.1 kg. The diameter of the sphere calls for an uncluttered piece of furniture, away from curtains and walkways.
