About this light

This wavy chrome LED table lamp is made of two metal ribbons that intertwine above a rectangular base. The LEDs run along each ribbon, behind polycarbonate diffusers, and give off a warm white light. At 47 cm high, it works as a mood lamp on a sideboard, a shelf or a bedside table.

Description

Two crossing chrome waves

Two strips of chrome metal rise from the base, wind around each other and part at the top. Each carries a white polycarbonate light strip on its inner face, which traces the curve once switched on. The rectangular base, also chrome, is flat and compact.

Two LED sources included, 3000 K

The lamp includes two integrated 8 W LED sources, supplied with the light: nothing to buy. Their stated output is 450 lm, in 3000 K warm white. This is mood lighting, which highlights the shape rather than lighting a work surface. IP20 rating: bedroom, living room or hallway.

A small size, just 10 cm wide

At 47 cm high and 10 cm wide, it fits on a shelf or at the corner of a desk. In front of a light-coloured wall, the chrome reflections and the line of light stand out better. The Platt floor lamp features the same design in a larger size.
